Returns, Refunds and Replacements
All of our products are fully guaranteed against defect and we will gladly replace a defective or damaged disc. However, WE DO NOT REFUND! The reason we do not refund is because of the ease of copying disc. Many unscrupulous people will purchase the product, copy the disc and then claim they are defective and request a refund. Therefore, again, WE DO NOT REFUND! Request for replacements will be honored if the request is made with 10 days of purchase.
