Televised from 1962 to 1963, this television program lasted one season and starred Craig Stevens, following his three-year stint on PETER GUNN. MAN OF THE WORLD was the adventures of globe trotting journalist and photographer Mike Strait. An actors’ strike in the UK (lasting nearly six months) stopped the completion of the series. Celebrity guest stars include Patrick Troughton, George Coulouris, Bessie Love, Shirley Eaton, Juliet Mills and more! This seven-disc set contains every hour-long episode of the TV series including the color pilot (which was never telecast in color), uncut and unedited. EXCELLENT QUALITY.
